 | Tim is a native of Independence County and is one of four children, all of whom still reside in the County. Tim has been an instrumental part of the teaching staff at Southside Middle School for 25 years. During his tenure, he served as Principal of the Middle School for ten years. He also coached the boy's basketball team and he's even been known to drive the school bus when needed. In his capacity as a teacher, Tim obviously has finely tuned his ability to work with a diverse group of people and is adept at communicating difficult subject matters in such a way that his students often say "Hey, I finally get it." Tim brings this same "can do" attitude to the field of real estate. Being voted the "Outstanding Teacher of the Year" (for two consecutive years), Tim combines a love of teaching with an understanding of the stress and pressure middle school children face daily. Tim has a great working knowledge of the Batesville area and in particular the real estate market. He is enthusiastic, energetic and pledges to work hard for his clients and customers alike.
