 | Rich Realty is pleased to announce that Katie Crumby has joined their staff as a licensed REALTORŪ. Katie has joined the staff of Rich Realty as a full-time real estate licensee and brings with her over 15 years of successful commercial real estate experience.
Prior to moving to Arkansas, Katie lived and worked in the Dallas, Texas area with her husband, Randy and their two daughters. Katie was employed in the commercial real estate arena and is also experienced in large scale property management. During her time in Dallas, Katie was instrumental in the closing of numerous commercial properties and the successful refinancing of others. Because of the additional details the commercial real estate market requires, Katie brings to Rich Realty a vast understanding of the necessity of being both accurate and concise in all real estate related transactions.
While living in Dallas, Katie and family traveled to Arkansas at least a dozen times each year. Most of those trips were spent exploring the Ozarks and White River in Izard and Independence counties. The family has happily settled in the Sage area along with their daughters Allison and Carlene. Carlene is a freshman at UCA and Allison attends the newly consolidated Melbourne High School while Randy fishes the White River from Calico Rock to Guion and beyond. Katie continues to enjoy exploring North Arkansas with her family and feels that there is no better place on earth than our beautiful homeland.
