 | Sondra Rich is the Principal Broker and Owner of Rich Realty. Sondra hails from a long line of real estate professionals. Her parents, Pat and Jean Davis, founded one of the largest real estate companies in the Washington, D.C. area. Sondra is proud to carry on the tradition that her parents established and often marvels at the many changes the real estate profession has taken in the years since her folks were active agents.
Sondra has been licensed in Arkansas for over nine years and is a million dollar producer. Prior to moving to Arkansas, Sondra worked in the legal field for many years as a legal secretary and as a paralegal; she also worked in radio, television and for a record label in the promotional arena. She was also a licensed Virginia real estate agent and sold real estate in the Northern Virginia area.
Sondra attended Sullins College in Bristol, Virginia and graduated from the University of Alabama. She is the owner and founder of the Rich School of Real Estate, one of the few schools licensed in the state to teach pre-licensure and post-licensure classes to real estate professionals.
Lastly (but most importantly) she is the mother of an ten year old whirlwind charmer, named Brock.
